DE DECKER RECEIVES VILE ABUSE FROM ONLINE TROLLS

MIKE DE DECKER has revealed the disgusting abuse he received on social media from trolls.
‘The Real Deal’ was bombarded with vile messages after crashing out in the second round of Players Championship 19.
World No. 20 De Decker opened the day in red-hot form as he whitewashed Danny van Trijp 6-0 with a scorching 103 average.
But the Belgian ace was edged out 6-5 by Dominik Gruellich in the last 64 — a narrow defeat that triggered a vile torrent of online abuse.
One troll messaged: “Kill yourself I lose 20k.”
De Decker coolly responded: “Ok bye bye.”
Another wrote: “You’re a fraudster, I hope some (one) kills you, you don’t deserve to be on earth.”
A third troll added: “F*** u idiot for fixing game. You will get cancer and die soon.”
Messages of support from the world of darts flooded in as the community rallied behind one of its stars.
James Wade went on to clinch the Players Championship 19 title to bring the curtain down on a thrilling triple-header week of ProTour Events.
Premier League stars Stephen Bunting and Chris Dobey also picked up impressive victories earlier in the week.
