LITTLER EARNING £12 PER DART IN PREMIER LEAGUE DREAM RUN

LUKE LITTLER has already banked an astonishing £12 for every dart he has thrown during this year’s Premier League campaign.
The teenage sensation, 19, has dominated the competition so far, winning six of the 16 nightly events to finish top of the table ahead of Thursday’s Finals Night at the The O2.
The world No1 has earned a cool £60,000 from those nightly triumphs alone, with each winner receiving a £10,000 bonus cheque.
According to Fanatix, Littler has played 327 legs during those six victorious nights and made around 4,905 visits to the oche.
That means the Warrington wonderkid has effectively earned around £12 every time he has stepped up to throw a dart at the board.
The numbers could become even more staggering at the play-offs in London.
Should Littler go on to lift the title for a second occasion, he would scoop the tournament’s massive £350,000 top prize.
This year’s overall prize fund has also increased by £75,000 compared to last season, when Luke Humphries claimed the crown.
If Littler lands the jackpot, his earnings across the tournament would rocket to an incredible £76 per dart thrown.
That figure is roughly SEVEN times higher than the UK minimum wage for the average 19-year-old, which currently stands at £10.85 an hour.
Littler faces a tough test against Gerwyn Price in their semi-final, although he has won their last six meetings.
