LITTLER DELIVERS ‘OBSCENE’ DISPLAY

LUKE LITTLER’S display was described as “obscene” at the Poland Masters.
PDC Master of Ceremonies Philip Brzezinski made the remark after ‘The Nuke’ reached his NINTH semi-final in just 14 Euro Tour events.
World No.1 Littler averaged 98.97 in a ruthless 6-1 demolition job against Josh Rock.
The teen sensation has now won all five of his meetings with the Northern Irishman.
But despite the one-sided scoreline, Littler backed Rock to quickly rediscover his best form.
He said: “I always expect the best from Josh, but he didn’t show it there.
“I said to him there that that weren’t his best. He will know that. Josh will bounce back and I am glad to be in the semi-final.
“I love a Euro Tour and I love the stage, the fans. I want to get into the final and become champion.
“They have been amazing all weekend and amazing again tonight.
“But we are only on the first game and we have many more darts and 180s coming their way.”
Littler will face either Michael Smith or Chris Dobey for a place in the final at the Krakow Expo.
