LUKE LITTLER admits he knows nothing about cooking and can only make TOAST as he seeks a healthier lifestyle.
The teen sensation admitted that he needs to “lose a bit of timber” if he was to take on Olympic hero Mo Farah in a bizarre debate.
The concept, which has gone viral, imagines a long-distance race where each competitor must halt 13 times after each mile to complete a 501 finish before continuing the run.
Top oche stars debated their eating habits and Littler concedes that the darts playing times and schedules makes it difficult to stay healthy.
Kebab-enthusiast Littler told VTM: “It’s very tempting for us. At those times there’s nothing healthy to eat.
“At home you can make up for it a bit, we just eat standard meals. Or we go out and choose something relatively healthy, like chicken with rice.
“Cooking? I know absolutely nothing about it. I’ve really no idea how to make anything. Maybe some toast, but that’s about it.”
However Littler’s big rival Luke Humphries has worked hard on his diet and lost four stone during the pandemic.
Humphries revealed: “When I’m at home, I don’t even think about going out to eat or ordering in.
“If I come home after three or four days and I’ve only got a short break, I actually want to cook tasty, nutritious things that are good for me.
“I’m not going to say I’m a great chef who can cook everything, but I do cook at home. I make good pastas, but really anything that’s nutritious for me, my partner, and the kids. I love doing that when I’m at home.”
However, Jonny Clayton, who is currently second in the Premier League table is not so concerned.
He said: “My diet isn’t great. If something looks good, I’ll eat it. Maybe that’s not so great. But I’m 51 now. So if I fancy something, I just eat it. I love food, I love kebab.”
