ROCK WARNS RIVALS: I WILL CLICK
21/02/2026 By Aaron Nijjar
JOSH ROCK believes it’s only a matter of time before it all CLICKS in the Premier League.
‘Rocky’ thrashed William O’Connor 6-1 in a one-sided affair to send out a warning to his rivals at the Poland Masters.
World No.9 Rock was electric on stage, averaging a stunning 102.98 and nailing 50 per cent of his doubles in a ruthless display.
But the Antrim thrower is yet to win a game in this season’s Premier League after three weeks.
Rock insists he is playing well and knows the tide will turn when the weekly roadshow heads to his beloved Belfast next week.
He said: “I’ve been trying my best in the Premier League at the minute. I’ve been playing well, just not getting the results at the minute.
“It’s still new to me at the same time. I’m still enjoying every minute of it.
“Obviously here against Willy I had to prove a point and I did. I averaged 103, so I am very happy with the way I played tonight.
“I have been playing for over four years on the stage but the Premier League is a different standard.
“I will click it eventually and hopefully in Belfast I’m clicking.”
Rock returns to action on Sunday afternoon and faces Cristo Reyes in Krakow.
