YOUTUBER-turned-boxer Jake Paul has responded to Gerwyn Price’s proposal for a boxing match.

Paul comfortably defeated Mike Tyson via unanimous decision in November.

World No. 10 Price claimed he could take down the 28-year-old with a single PUNCH.

Former World Champion Price revealed on talkSPORT Paul responded to him via Instagram.

He said: “He’s seen it and messaged me. ‘Come to Greece man just name a Price’.”

‘The Iceman’ has not yet responded to Paul and laughingly claimed it is because he is scared.

He laughed and said: “I was a bit scared. No, I need to get some training in.”

Price has recently followed fellow darts ace Stephen Bunting and created his own YouTube channel.

It was suggested that upon hitting 100,000 YouTube subscribers could mean a showdown with Paul for the Welshman.

He laughed off the idea of facing Paul, confidently stating: “That’s easy. I look forward to that. He’s a YouTuber; he’s not a fighter, is he? I’ve got 999,000 followers to go.

“I think it would just be one punch, and it would be all over. Out cold; it would be a waste of money for people to tune in.”

The idea of fighting Paul on home soil was mentioned, with Cardiff’s Principality Stadium as the suggested venue.

He said: “He’ll never beat me in Wales. Nobody beats me in Wales. He’d probably beat Canelo (if they fought in Mexico), but he’s not beating me, no.”

Seven-time major winner Price’s confidence in his strength is well-earned, given his background as a former professional rugby union and league player.
