Luke Littler made history as the youngest player to win a match at the PDC World Darts Championship in 2024 aged 16. Entering as a 66/1 outsider, he stunned the darting world by defeating six opponents, including former world champions Raymond van Barneveld and Rob Cross, to reach the final, where he ultimately fell short against Luke Humphries. Fast forward one year, Littler is now the reigning World Champion, having won the 2025 World Championship and becoming the youngest world champion in history at 17 years and 347 days old. He has secured five major PDC titles, including the Premier League, Grand Slam, and World Series Finals in 2024, as well as the 2025 UK Open. In addition, he has won two World Series of Darts titles, also in 2024. Littler has claimed a total of thirteen PDC titles in his professional career, with his five major victories ranking ninth in PDC history.
